Why Choose Prickly Pear for Marquee Hire in Portishead?

Whatever the occasion, our diverse range of stretch tents promise to provide the perfect outdoor venue. Our team are experts when it comes to customising your setup, from shape, layout, design and feel. Whatever the terrain and the weather, we can put up a marquee that will guarantee to provide a stylish shelter for all guests invited.

Stylish, Versatile Stretch Tents

One of the major benefits that stretch tents have over traditional marquees is their versatility. Made to measure for the plot and the space available, stretch tents can be pitched up at trickier spots on uneven terrain. Shape and layout can be adjusted to fit your needs as our stretch tents are modular… and you don’t just need to have one tent.

Natural Aesthetic

We do our utmost to create a natural, outdoorsy vibe with our stretch tents. If you’ve looking for a festival atmosphere, our tents deliver. We use sustainable materials including silver birch, ash and bamboo supports for the central pillars. Our hessian matts also add to the festival feel, creating a comfortably contained space in the outdoors without losing the natural touch.

Experienced Event Professionals

The team at Prickly Pear have worked on over 700 events since 2015 with 100% completion rate. Our tents have had use across a wide scope of events, from cosy weddings to large scale festivals.

Tailored Setups & Packages

As no event is the same, we customise our service to your specific needs. We offer no-obligation free quotes based on measurements and requirements needed for your hire. We include layout maps so you’re fully briefed on the logistics of the outdoor structure. All the setup is provided and our team will work closely with your ground team.

All-Weather Protection

Stretch tents are designed to be durable during inclement weather. With the British weather being as unpredictable as it is, having a reliable cover for an outdoor event is a must. Our tents provide ample protection from the rain and the wind, giving plenty of shade during the hot summer days.
