Our initial quotation is based on the information you can provide upfront, including the size of the area, venue location, intended use and any additional requirements. Photos and approximate measurements can also help us build a clearer picture of the space.
For larger or more complex installations, we may visit the venue to measure the area and assess access, surrounding buildings, fixing points and other site features. This helps us recommend the most suitable tent size, layout and any extras required before providing a more detailed quotation.
Once everything has been agreed, our team will install the stretch tent and any additional elements you’ve arranged through us, such as lighting, flooring, heating or side panels. The setup will be planned around your venue and how you need the covered space to work.
For temporary hire, we’ll return at the agreed time to dismantle and remove the stretch tent. For longer-term setups, we’ll discuss the appropriate support arrangements with you so you know what to expect throughout the installation.
